Patient Experience committee

Patient experience Committee works with patients and their families to address concerns or meet their special needs that may arise during their treatment journey within the hospital. Thee Committee works directly with healthcare team members, staff in various hospital departments, and hospital management to resolve issues that patients or family members may encounter, facilitating a positive experience for them during their stay at the hospital.

In the patient experience Committee, all feedback, compliments, suggestions, and complaints are handled to identify our strengths and opportunities for improvement. We act as a liaison between patients and the relevant departments to ensure that all feedback is communicated and contributes positively to the continuous improvement of the patient experience.
