The Patient Experience Committee works closely with patients and their families to address concerns and support any special needs throughout their treatment journey.
The committee collaborates directly with healthcare teams, hospital departments, and management to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth, positive experience during each patient’s stay.
All feedback (compliments, suggestions, and complaints) is carefully reviewed to identify strengths and areas for improvement. The committee acts as a bridge between patients and relevant departments, ensuring every input contributes to continuously enhancing the patient experience.
