Stress Management Session for Al Salam Hospitals Staff

The Medical Development Center (MDC) of Al Salam Al Assima Hospital organized a “Stress Management” education session for Al Salam Hospitals staff on July 23, 2025, at 3:15 PM. The session was delivered by Dr. Adel Ahmad Al Zayed - Consultant, Mental Health Care Center Al Salam Al Ahmadi, a recognized expert in mental wellness. He shared practical insights for the staff to recognize early signs of stress at work and the measures to manage and prevent it. The session was well-received by all participants, who appreciated the emphasis on mental well-being and creating a supportive, resilient workplace.
