Al Salam Al Ahmadi Hospital Participates in Marathon to Promote Health Awareness

Al Salam Al Ahmadi Hospital participated in the marathon organized by the Coast Guard at Sabah Al Ahmad Base on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, as part of its efforts to support community initiatives and promote health awareness.

The hospital’s team provided blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, as well as first aid services. In addition, clinical nutrition specialist Dana Al Mahmoud offered valuable guidance on healthy nutrition and maintaining a healthy weight.

Physiotherapy technician Mr. Cijith Ayyanchira also took part by physically preparing the runners through warm-up exercises before the start of the race, highlighting the importance of such events in supporting community health and an active lifestyle.
