Please follow the steps below for a successful registration

1- It is required for all medical representatives to fill this form to enable us to register your details in our automated appointment scheduling system. No medical representatives will be allowed to meet doctors without registration and scheduling an approved appointment.

2- After filling the form, you will receive reply from the management. Print it, sign and stamp of your company and send to this email

3- The appointment can be scheduled by the link provided in the response mail.

4- If your request is approved after setting the date you shall receive an approval email.

5- Security will check the Civil ID and collect the approval email (Printed). Location: B2 Security Manager Office.
