What to expect at the Pharmacotherapy Clinic?
1. Clinical pharmacists will review the patient's medications to ensure they receive the most effective medications for their specific health condition. This includes identifying any issues such as:
• Non-compliance with the treatment plan.
• Potential harmful drug interaction.
• Unnecessary medication interventions in the treatment plan.
2. An updated medication Calender will be created for the patient, including their essential data, medication timing, and important medication indications. The patient can use this comprehensive report before receiving any treatment services at any healthcare center.
