SASH Organizes Ramadan Lecture for Expectant Mothers

Al Salam Al Assima Hospital hosted an awareness lecture for 25 expectant mothers on 9 February, aimed at providing comprehensive guidance on pregnancy before and after childbirth during Ramadan.

Specialists from MDC, Clinical Pharmacy, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, and Breastfeeding gathered to discuss nutrition, breastfeeding, anesthesia options during labor, and psychological support for mothers.

The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with the different medical teams. Participants were also given a guided tour of the Dasman Rooms and the Health & Beauty Pharmacy.

This initiative reflects the hospital’s continued focus on maternal education and community-centered care.
