Al Salam Al Assima Hospital Hosts a Legal Seminar Titled “Informed Consent and Medical Liability in Healthcare Practice”

Al Salam Hospitals, in collaboration with Taher Group Law Firm, hosted a two-day legal training session for doctors and nursing staff on “Informed Consent and Medical Liability in Healthcare Practice.” 

Led by Dr. Fawaz Al-Khateeb, Managing Executive Partner at Taher Group Law Firm, the sessions covered key aspects of informed consent, medical liability and Kuwait Law No. 70 of 2020 on the Practice of the Medical and Paramedical Professions, the Rights of Patients and Health Facilities, reinforcing our commitment to informed, responsible and high-quality healthcare practice.
